*** TENNIS COURT RESERVATIONS ***

ALL tennis court usage must be reserved online at www.reservemycourt.com. 

If you do not have a RMC login, please create a new account.  

The new user request will be reviewed and approved by the Tennis Coordinator. 

RMC Members enjoy the following court reservation privileges:

1. Reservations may be made up to 30 days in advance.

2. Members may reserve 1 court for the same reservation time.

3. Reservations may be made for up to 3 hours.

4. Members may have up to 4 "active" reservations on the calendar at one time.

5. All members must observe the Court Priority guidelines outlined below.

*** COURT PRIORITY ***

1.  ALTA / USTA Team Scheduled Matches

Team matches take top priority.  Up to 4 courts may be reserved for these official matches.  The Tennis Coordinator or a Holly Springs member who is a Captain can help reserve multiple courts for team home matches. Contact hollyspringsclub.tennis@gmail.com for assistance.

2.  FERGISON TENNIS ACADEMY

The youth tennis Academy runs drills throughout the week and may reserve up to 4 courts during these sessions.  Academy sessions are clearly marked in the online reservation system.

3.  ALTA / USTA Team Scheduled Practices

Captains of registered ALTA / USTA teams in good standing (outside member dues paid) may reserve up to 2 courts for practice sessions.

4.  T2 / FLEX League Matches

Members may reserve 1 court for a T2 or flex league match.  

If a court is reserved during Academy drills or private/small group lessons, please expect potential interruptions from errant balls and related distractions.

5.  MAKE-UP ALTA / USTA Matches

If make-up matches cannot be scheduled around existing reservations, please reach out to whomever holds reservations during the time that you need to see if an accommodation may be made.

6. OTHER COURT PLAY

ALL court usage must be reserved by HOLLY SPRINGS MEMBERS ONLY in the RMC system.
