BARRACUDAS SUMMER SWIM TEAM

The Holly Springs Barracudas swim team is part of the Cobb County Summer Swim League. The CSSL consists of about 50 teams located at neighborhood and community pools throughout Cobb County. The purpose is to provide a fun and competitive atmosphere for young swimmers.

This is a learning league. No prior swim team experience is necessary, but your child should be comfortable in the water. Swimmers must be able to swim the length of the pool (25 yards) without assistance in order to participate in meets. Many of our coaches offer private and small group lessons to swimmers that need a little extra confidence to be able to swim the lap. 

By the end of June, your child will be a stronger, more confident swimmer. If your swimmer is new to the sport, you (and they!) will be amazed at what they accomplish in this short season. They will learn about sportsmanship, setting goals, and being part of a team as well as learn what a bit of physical effort can help them achieve.
